Refund Policy

Digital Products
If you have purchased a digital product from Opulent Comforts, it will be delivered electronically and may be available to access or download shortly after purchase. Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or if you decide the product is no longer needed after purchase.

Before You Purchase
Please read the product description carefully before completing your order. Product pages aim to explain what is included, the format of the product, and whether it is a digital download or a physical item.

Digital Download Issues
If you purchase a digital product and have trouble accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at info@opulentcomforts.com with your order details. We will help you access the correct file as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Missing Files
If you receive the wrong file, a missing file, or a file that does not open correctly, please contact us at info@opulentcomforts.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide the correct file or a replacement download.

Physical Products
Products may be physical items. If a product is physical, this will be shown on the product page. Refunds or replacements for physical products may be considered if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.

Change of Mind
We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind, including where you purchased the wrong product, no longer want the product, or found another product elsewhere.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If a physical product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@opulentcomforts.com as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and advise the next steps.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a major problem, is unsafe, is significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to do.

Refund Requests

Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
